  6. Samer ElKordy says:

    A good day for everyone,
I am an old mystery shopper, an old sales manager specialized in enterprise sales.
Now I am the market research and evaluation manager at a new company specialized in mystery shopping.
We r building the company from the beginning.
Started with having the MSPA certificate, passing by using the most famous and effective mystery shopping operation management systems.
Also recruiting experienced mystery shoppers to carry out operations, and train new shoppers to join the labor market as needed.
I can talk about my experience, the planning stage, the difficulties I encountered and how I dealt with it, the suggestions and what was implemented and what couldn’t be implemented “while retaining secrets and names”.
And also open discussions on comments to spread the benefits.

I could be wrong, but I suspect those who responded here publically instead of using the email address given, did not proofread their reply or asked Mr. Jay to address particular questions before he has even gathered an initial list, won’t be top candidates.
